Welcome to the NEW Georgia Farmer Portal! Introduced on 6/8/07 at the Georgia Water Policy & Planning Center, the portal is a website that gives farmers the ability to track water use against real-time benchmarks based on data from other Georgia farms.
"The web site is easy to use, confidential, and contains links to weather information, government programs, and agricultural news," said Hal Haddock, chairman of the Flint Water Council and a Georgia farmer. |
